The heat-shrink protective sleeve for indoor gas through-wall pipelines (referred to as "through-wall sleeve") is a specialized product used in the gas industry to protect steel pipes and prevent corrosion when crossing floor slabs or walls in building construction. This product complies with the relevant content of the national standard GB/T 23257-2017 "Polyethylene Anticorrosion Coating for Steel Pipes" regarding radiation-crosslinked polyethylene heat-shrink sleeve anticorrosion materials.
1. Excellent mechanical properties: The base material is cross-linked by an electron accelerator, resulting in significant improvements in tensile strength, impact resistance, and wear resistance compared to ordinary polyethylene materials;
2. Good corrosion resistance: The hot melt adhesive has excellent adhesion to galvanized steel pipes, effectively blocking moisture intrusion and preventing microbial corrosion, offering excellent anti-corrosion performance;
3. Easy installation: There is no strict requirement for surface treatment of the steel pipe. After cleaning the oil and dust from the surface of the galvanized steel pipe, it can be heated and installed;
4. Environmentally friendly: The material is completely environmentally friendly, generating no waste and causing no harm to construction workers or environmental pollution.
